Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Arizona state license or compact-eligible license as required to start the assignment.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in an acute care hospital or medical center preferred.
• Documentation required in submittal: contractor name, position, licensed in state, target start availability, phone number.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in an acute rehabilitation unit (ARU) or similar inpatient rehab setting.
• Experience with electronic medical records and interdisciplinary team documentation.
• Comfort treating adults with complex medical and functional needs.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 08:00-17:00.
