This role requires expertise in monitoring fetal heart rates and supporting laboring patients through delivery. The RN will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Adherence to safety protocols and guidelines is mandatory. Candidates must be committed to providing compassionate and efficient care.
