We're seeking an Audio Visual Project Manager in Tampa, FL to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex AV integration projects from start to finish.

Impact

- Ensures site safety and installation quality by conducting regular inspections.
- Strengthens client relationships by acting as a reliable single point of contact.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end AV projects including scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to define project scopes and technical needs.
- Create detailed documentation such as scopes of work, change orders, and status reports.
- Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure equipment is delivered on time.
- Oversee onsite installation teams to ensure compliance with timelines and safety protocols.
- Lead project site visits to monitor progress and verify proper installation practices.
- Identify potential project risks and implement solutions to stay on track.
- Facilitate project close-outs including final inspections and client training sessions.

Compensation and Logistics
Competitive salary depending on experience; benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and paid holidays. This role requires local travel to project sites and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
