Administrative Assistant Business Development

CareRite Centers is seeking a highly organized, professional, and motivated Administrative Assistant to support our Business Development team. This individual will play a key role in supporting daily operations, coordinating outreach initiatives, managing administrative projects, and assisting leadership with business development efforts across our healthcare network.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Business Development and Admissions teams
  • Assist with coordinating marketing initiatives, outreach efforts, and referral source communications
  • Maintain and update referral databases, reports, and tracking systems
  • Schedule meetings, presentations, and business development appointments
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and marketing materials
  • Assist with managing contracts, invoices, and vendor communications
  • Coordinate internal and external communications professionally and efficiently
  • Support special projects and business development initiatives as assigned
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Assist leadership with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative assistant, marketing, admissions, or business development support experience preferred
  • Healthcare, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience is a plus
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Professional demeanor with strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
