If you have at least 5 years of outside sales experience, Cameron Welding wants to hear from you! Minimum requirements: High School diploma or GED At least 5 years of outside/B2B sales experience Proficient with MS Office – Excel, Word & PowerPoint Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills Welding equipment and gas experience Clean driving record Preferred qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required Essential duties/responsibilities: Develops new business and maintain existing business by building and sustaining strong, trusting relationships with customers and prospects Cold calls (onsite & phone) potential targets Responsible for gross profit improvement Plans and organizes activities and resources so that sales goals are consistently met or exceeded Prepares and executes Business Plan for targeted customer segments Secures long term relationships by negotiating product supply agreements Accountable for providing complete and accurate account set-up and pricing data Maintain list of target accounts by generating and qualifying new business leads Conducts competitive intelligence Demonstrates products to new account customers Manages territory budget Other duties as assigned About the Company: Established in 1963, Cameron is focused on providing solutions to our customers' and employees' needs, through an extraordinary level of service, quality, and satisfaction with communication, integrity, experienced teamwork, and safety.
