Established private group looking for a dermatologist in Wilmington, Delaware! Physician owned and great compensation!

- Private group that specializes in dermatology and cosmetic procedures
- General and surgical dermatology, cosmetic procedures, plastic surgery
- Group has 15 physicians, 11 advanced practice providers, and 150 employees
- Founded over 40 years ago, great stability and well established
- 4 locations: Newark, Middletown, Wilmington, or Dover Delaware
- Live and work close to Philadelphia or Baltimore with great amenities around
- Beautiful beaches and waterfront nearby
About the Role:
- Group has locations in Wilmington, Newark, Dover, and Middletown. Very close to Philadelphia!
- General and surgical dermatology, cosmetic procedures, plastic surgery
- Spa & laser center with nurse injectors and 4 aestheticians
- Our facility combines an alluring spa atmosphere and concierge service with clinical expertise for all your beauty and skincare needs
- Integrated medical, cosmetic, surgical, and aesthetic expertise with the highest standards of care and compassion
- General dermatology care
- Opportunity for surgical procedures available
- Option for 3 or 4 day work week!
- No weekends patient hours
- 27 hours of clinical care per week. 9 hour days with 5-6 patients per hour
- No hospital call for dermatologist
- Office on-call every 18 weeks for dermatologists
- EHR: EMA
- 2-3 year partnership track
Benefits:
- Base salary: $350,000
- Production incentive 40% of collections after producing $875,000
- Relocation reimbursed - $10,000
