Property management company seeking experienced property maintenance technician for single family homes and commercial buildings in Milwaukee.

We are seeking an individual that is looking to become a member of our team. Pennybag is looking for a person who will be a dedicated team player for the growth and goal attainment of the company. A person who loves to go to work everyday because they love what they do! We are seeking an individual that "Dreams" of the position where they are Wanted, Needed, and Appreciated by the team and the people they help on a day to day basis. A person who strives to be better in life, strives to create happiness for the people they serve, the people they work with, and to solve simple issues for our clients renting our homes and commercial buildings.

Routine Maintenance and Repairs to include:

* Minor Electrical

* Minor Plumbing

* Minor HVAC

* Drywall repair, patching, painting, and woodwork refinishing

* Window repair

* Minor roof repair

* Siding and door repair

* Minor tile repair

* Changing locks and deadbolts

* Carpentry skills

* Handyman skills

* Grass cutting, snow removal, and salting

* Installation of windows and doors

The candidate must:

* Be mechanically inclined

* Be able to adapt to multiple personalities and not get flustered easily

* Be a Positive, Energetic, Happy Person

* Be proud of their job, their willingness to dissect issues and correct certain situations

* Have their own truck

* Have their own basic tools

* Be very responsible

* Be drug free

* Able to take emergency service calls

* Be willing to learn and excel

* Have an understanding of housing, inside and out

* Must be able to work with other staff members as well as on their own

* Must be able to take constructive criticism.

The position is 35 - 40 hours per week, with plenty of room for growth.
