We welcome all applicants and look forward to new colleagues joining our community.The Maintenance Technician II performs highly diversified duties related to the maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, equipment, and other facilities.Duties and Responsibilities:Perform, but not limited to, the following skills: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC for the maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, equipment, and other facilities.Provide preventative maintenance to equipment, buildings, and grounds in a timely and consistent manner.Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment, buildings, and grounds while managing other tasks on the schedule.Work with outside vendors and contractors to complete repairs or maintenance of specialized equipment.Coordinate with Vendor Management for updating vendor information.Complete training, as assigned, within the expected timeframes.All employees are expected to support First Community Bank's mission, vision, and values by exhibiting commitment to the Company Standards of Conduct and executing to the fullest extent possible the duties detailed within this job description.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentTen years of experience with general maintenanceStrong aptitude and working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and security systemsStrong attention to detailStrong understanding of safety techniques related to working with hand tools, operating equipment, and exposure to chemicalsAbility to use tools and equipment associated with the skills listed aboveAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to travel, occasionally overnightAbility to walk and stand for prolonged periods of timeAbility to climb ladders, bend, stoop, reach, or crawl into awkward spacesAbility to lift up to 50 poundsCDL is preferred or be willing to receive one*The salary range is based on market data associated with the position and where the pay rate falls within the range is commensurate with experience, education, and other qualifications.
