You will be responsible for creating an exceptional in-store experience, educating clients on Diptyque's unique story and products, and driving sales. Job Responsibilities:\*\* \* Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing personalized product recommendations. \* Clearly articulate the history, inspiration, and unique qualities of Diptyque products, including fragrances, candles, body care, and accessories. \* Conduct product demonstrations and sampling to enhance the client experience. \* Maintain an immaculate and organized sales floor, ensuring products are beautifully displayed and replenished. \* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. \* Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting visual merchandising updates. \* Support the store team in achieving sales targets and operational goals. \* Represent the Diptyque brand with professionalism, passion, and a commitment to luxury service. \* Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Job Qualifications:\*\* \* Previous experience in luxury retail, beauty, or a customer-facing role is highly preferred. \* A genuine passion for luxury products, fragrance, and the Diptyque brand. \* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse clientele. \* Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. \* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. \* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs. \* Flexibility to work a seasonal schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. \* Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus. \* High school diploma or equivalent required.Diptyque is committed to diversity in all its forms and considers each application carefully. #J-18808-Ljbffr
