Travel Lpn Long Term Care

Schedule: Every other weekend.

Assignment Details: Contract length and guaranteed hours will be discussed during the interview process.

Requirements:

• Current nursing license.
• Relevant certifications as required by specialty.
• Previous experience in a nursing role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care.
• Monitor patient health and maintain detailed records.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatment options.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
