Job TitleTo repair and maintain the front and back of house by painting and decorating, and carrying out minor glazing and building repairs.Job Description-Be part of the pre-opening team!-Re-decorate the front and back of house areas of the hotel as directed by the Assistant Manager/Director of Engineering. Also to undertake any duties required outside the hotel building, in the hotel grounds, as required, to ensure that all areas of the property are maintained to the required standard.-Fully conversant with all the colours and finishes in both back and front of house and to ensure sufficient stock of such finishes are available at all times.-Carry, respond to and be responsible for, a radio.-Proactive in the perfect room maintenance program.-Responsible for the cleanliness of the workshop, plant room and areas maintained by the Engineering Department.-Comply with and enforce Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.-Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.Qualifications-High school education or equivalent experience-Requires a working technical knowledge of general building maintenance.BenefitsFour Seasons believes in offering the best to the best when it comes to employee benefits!
