CNC Swiss Machinist

Join Twin City Staffing and take your precision machining skills to the next level! We're hiring an experienced CNC Swiss Machinist for a direct-hire, first-shift opportunity in Shakopee, MN. This position offers the chance to work with a respected manufacturer serving the aerospace, medical, defense, and industrial industries. You'll set up, operate, and maintain CNC Swiss-style machines to produce precision components that meet the highest engineering and quality standards.
Location: Shakopee, MN
Wage: $28 - $36/hour, depending on experience
Hours: 1st Shift | Monday - Thursday | 5:00 am - 4:00 pm

- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC Swiss machines to produce precision parts
- Read, interpret, and follow blueprints and CNC programs
- Make offsets and program edits to improve productivity and accuracy
- Perform in-process inspections and maintain documentation
- Collaborate with the team to meet production and quality goals
- High school diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of CNC Swiss machining experience
- Proficient in blueprint reading and geometric math
- Strong troubleshooting, computer, and communication skills
