Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) - Walk-In Clinic

Family Nurse Practitioner needed in Dover-Foxcroft, ME.

Salary and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $110,000 - $135,000 - Based on years of experience
• Fiscal year bonus based on productivity
• Health Insurance Employers Pays: (1st day of the month following 60 days)
• 80% for Employee
• 50% for Employee & Spouse or Employee & Children
• 40% for Family Plan

• Dental benefit at dental center for employee and family with no premiums

Responsibilities

• 4 x 10-hour shifts (rotating schedule) - every other weekend
• Hours during Mon - Fri shifts are 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM Sat & Sun 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• 100% outpatient - Walk in clinic
• No On call
• Appropriate clinical documentation through their Athena EMR
• Full Support Staff
• Directly reports to CMO

Requirements

• New Graduates Welcome
• ACLS and PALS
• Clear and Active Nurse Practitioner License in the State of Maine
• Board Certified in Family Medicine
