Job Description/Responsibilities As an On‑Premise Market Development Representative, you’ll own a sales territory of lively restaurants, bars, and hotel accounts, driving distribution, product visibility, and revenue growth for our iconic portfolio. In this field‑based sales role, you’ll build strong retail relationships, influence buying decisions, and execute data‑driven strategies that deliver measurable results in‑store. What You'll Do: Driveterritory salesgrowthby increasing distribution, shelf presence, and promotional execution across assigned accounts Buildandmaintainstrong relationships with retail partners and act as a trusted advisor on category insights and product assortment Partner with distributors to execute in‑store selling strategies, merchandising plans, and promotions Analyze sales data and market trends toidentifyopportunities and adjust account plans to deliver results Own performance against key metrics including volume, distribution, and display execution Qualifications/Requirements Required: Bachelor’s degree 1+ years of field sales experience Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory Preferred: Previousalcohol‑beverage or CPG sales experience Experience usingsales data analyticsor reportingtools Proventrack recordof achieving sales targets or KPIs Physical Requirements: Ability tolift upto 25 pounds Culture and Benefits Sazerac offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off, and more. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations. Roles within our Commercial and Sales team may be eligible foradditionalcompensation, such as car allowance, cell phone reimbursement, commissions, and/or annual bonuses.
