About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Heritage Lakeside Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
Monitoring, planning, and implementing the nursing care of residents within the facility
Ensuring continuity of care by providing direct care and supervising the care given by Certified Nursing Assistants (C.N.A.s) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) support staff members
Participating in resident and family education
Serving as a resident advocate, focusing on our facility's mission
Qualifications:
Current/valid Wisconsin RN License/registration
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
