Registered Nurse - Float Pool

This nursing role involves providing individualized, goal-directed care under the supervision of the nurse manager, following departmental policies and primary nursing principles. Responsibilities Assess and document patients' physical and psychological conditions continuously, sharing significant findings with the healthcare team. Adhere to hospital policies and serve as a clinical resource and role model for staff development. Participate in training and educational activities for team members. Deliver respectful, compassionate, and professional patient and family-centered care. Collaborate effectively with team members, recognizing their contributions. Report to work punctually, prepared, and adhere to attendance policies.
