Job Description & Requirements

• We have PCT’s on all units that do vital signs, blood glucose checks, EKG’s and any sort of activity of daily living

Weekend REQ: EOW
Certs REQ: BLS
Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) What is the req? No
Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units? Yes - MS, ICU, ED
Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N) They will try but not guaranteed
Pending License accepted: (Y/N) No
RTO Restrictions: No holiday RTO - please no more than 7 days
Special Requirements: Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Use of Rapid Response Teams, Peripheral Line Care/Management, Nasal Cannula, Oxygen face masks, Portable Oxygen tank, non-invasive airway management, Isolation Precautions
Patient Diagnosis: cardiac and stroke
Special Equipment: hoyer lifts
