Strategic Planning Leader

This role involves leading and shaping the strategic planning for business operations and corporate services. The position is based in Beaverton, OR, and offers a salary range of $60-70. HM would prefer someone that is in Beaverton but would consider remote if a strong candidate.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8 years of experience in strategy, marketplace, merchandising, or general management
  • Deep understanding of multi-channel retail and wholesale ecosystems
  • Proven ability to define and operationalize strategy at scale
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling ability for senior audiences
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools
  • Knowledge of strategic frameworks and methodologies

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Define and develop a holistic marketplace strategy across various channels
  • Drive channel segmentation and establish clear roles for each channel
  • Orchestrate cross-functional alignment and lead forums to ensure clarity and accountability
  • Translate strategy into execution with clear frameworks and tools
  • Monitor performance and optimize strategies based on insights
