Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
• Valid state license to practice as an SLP in New Mexico, or eligibility to obtain one promptly
• Experience delivering speech/language therapy to pediatric and adolescent populations, preferably in school environments
• Familiarity with IEPs, progress monitoring, and collaborating with multidisciplinary educational teams
• Strong communication, documentation, and time-management abilities
• Positive, collaborative attitude and flexibility to adapt to changing student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to middle and high school students, addressing a variety of needs
• Conduct assessment and evaluations, interpret results, and document findings for educational planning
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with students’ IEP goals
• Participate in IEP meetings, sharing progress and strategies with families and staff
