You'll work with warm leads and prospective clients while receiving hands-on support and mentorship from an experienced agency team. Insurance knowledge is valuable, but initiative, consistency, and the desire to improve are equally important. Texas Property & Casualty License preferred; willingness to obtain required Previous insurance, sales, or customer-facing experience Ability to confidently discuss products and coverage options Strong follow-up and time-management habits Professional and personable communication style Self-motivated approach to reaching sales goals Comfortable learning and utilizing agency technology Ability to work effectively within a team environment English/Spanish bilingual skills are highly valued #J-18808-Ljbffr
