COMPENSATION:

Pay: Experience-based salary and performance incentives for in-field success

Schedule: 8:00 am/9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER HIGHLIGHTS:

Each day looks different, but expect to:

• Identify growth areas and revenue opportunities within your assigned territory (Atlanta, Nashville, and Birmingham)


• Hire, coach, and direct talented new sales representatives


• Build up area teams and provide constructive feedback to increase their success rates and secure more projects for the company


• Monitor your teams' performance and adjust strategies when appropriate to grow revenue

What You Need:

• Excellent sales skills and aptitude


• Team-building and coaching skills


• Leadership abilities


• Ability to service the Atlanta, Birmingham, and Nashville areas


• Experience in a district sales or leadership position - preferred
