Opportunity Details: Schedule is Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. Outpatient primary care responsibilities. Deliver comprehensive medical care to patients in an outpatient clinic setting, focusing on preventive health, diagnosis, and treatment of common illnesses and conditions. Manage chronic diseases, conduct routine screenings, provide health education, and coordinate care with specialists when necessary. Attending physicians will receive Columbia University academic titles according to their experience;therefore, precepting medical students and residents is anessential part of the job. Qualifications Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Wages and Benefits include: Annual Base Salary: $236,000* (board eligible); $241,000* (board certified) based on 40-hour work week. Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours. The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $355,120** (board eligible) and $360,620** (board certified) , which includes the baseline salary, 401 (k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below: Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $55,520. Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year’s average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets. 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits): Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required. After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required. Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement. Generous Annual Paid Time Off (PTO): Vacation, Sick, Holiday, and CME days.
