Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Collect and document data on client progress. Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success. Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions. Maintain confidentiality and respoect for clients. Abide by the BACB's code of ethics for Registered Behavior technicians. Continue with professional development. RBT Compensation and Schedule Pay Range: $22 - $30/hour Part-Time Role #1: Monday to Friday 2:30 – 6:30 PM and weekends (Saturday 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM preferred or flexible) Part-Time Role #2: Monday to Friday 3:00 to 7:30 PM and weekends (10:00 AM to 4:15 PM on Saturday and Sunday preferred or flexible) Part-Time Role #3: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to noon and weekends if interested Part-Time Role #4: Monday and Wednesday 8:30-2:30 PM, Saturday and Sunday 1-6 PM Location: Midtown New York, NY RBT Skills and Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required. Ability to pass background check. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
