A highly respected boutique CPA firm with a premier client base of High-Net-Worth and Ultra-High-Net-Worth individuals is seeking a Tax Supervisor, Tax Manager, or Senior Tax Manager to join the firm as it launches its new El Segundo office.

What You'll Do

• Manage and review complex tax returns for High-Net-Worth and Ultra-High-Net-Worth individuals, trusts, estates, and closely held flow-through entities
• Serve as a trusted advisor to sophisticated clients with complex tax planning and compliance needs
• Oversee, mentor, and develop a small team of tax professionals
• Work closely with the Tax Partner on client strategy, tax planning initiatives, and practice growth
• Review and analyze complex tax issues, ensuring technical accuracy and exceptional client service
• Manage multiple client engagements while maintaining high-quality standards and deadlines
• Participate in business development efforts and contribute to the continued growth of the firm's Westside and South Bay presence
• Play a key role in establishing and expanding the firm's new El Segundo office

What We're Looking For

• CPA license required or actively pursuing completion of CPA requirements
• 5+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience
• Strong experience with HNWI/UHNWI tax engagements
• Expertise in individual, trust, fiduciary, partnership, and S-Corporation taxation
• Experience reviewing complex tax returns and supervising staff
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in leadership and long-term career growth
