Description

• Conduct evaluations for patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments and craft personalized treatment plans
• Implement physical therapy interventions that emphasize mobility, strength, balance, and functional capabilities
• Partner with nurses, physicians, case managers, and rehabilitation specialists to enhance patient outcomes
• Guide patients and their families through therapeutic objectives, discharge processes, and home exercise routines

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is preferred

• Relevant clinical experience is highly preferred
