Plant and Value Chain Optimization Director

Drax seeks a Plant and Value Chain Optimization Director to lead performance, cost, and sustainability improvements across its generation fleet and energy value chain. Reporting into Executive, Management & Leadership, you will design and deliver strategies that optimize plant operations, fuel and logistics, and downstream energy supply, using data‑driven insights and best‑practice methodologies. You will partner with operations, trading, engineering, and finance to drive reliability, efficiency, and decarbonization.
