Solution Engineer [Remote]

ABB E-mobility is a global leader in e-mobility charging infrastructure, with largest installed base of DC fast chargers in the market. Our mission is to deliver most performing DC charging solutions that are scalable and economically viable for our customer to operate.

We are serving the segments of public charging (cars), public transit (bus) and depot / logistics (truck). Our offering covers a wide portfolio of DC charging products as well as services for asset operation and advanced energy management. Combined in segment specific solutions, the offering will empower our customers to operate reliably, with best user experience and at lowest cost of energy delivered.

In our Go-to-Market strategy we address our core segments – public charging, public transit and logistics – in a focused “to”, “with” and “through” approach. We sell “to” key accounts direct, and we sell “with” as well as “through” partners to address a global customer base with segment specific propositions and to allow for local reach and scale.

ABB E-mobility is searching for a Go-to-Market and Solution Manager as part of our Portfolio Management Organization that supports as technical solution expert the successful introduction of new offerings to the market as well as their fast and efficient scaling into our sales channels.

• Supporting product governance and act as interface for the segments teams (Scale). You address product offering and technical feature gaps as an interface between segments (market) and our product organization. Support triage of incoming customer/project feedback and cluster requests for further processing (modification of standard offering, incremental product improvement, help to push quality/bugs mitigation). Furthermore, you are defining best practices and share them across the segment team, to improve the overall market success.
• Special Solution Support to internal stakeholders in Asset Operation and Embedded Charging Solution Team for site/solution related questions.
