Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting is required. Demonstrated ability evaluating and treating adults with post-acute and chronic conditions, including mobility and functional restoration. Experience with documentation systems commonly used in SNFs and Medicare/Medicaid regulatory requirements. Ability to work independently and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams. Preferred: prior travel PT experience and proficiency with restorative nursing programs. Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift: Days. Shift hours: 08:30–16:30. Scheduled as 5x8 with a 30-minute meal break. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week; scheduled 40 hours. Assignment duration: 13 weeks.
