Registered Nurse (RN) - L&D

Registered Nurse – Nursing

Night Shift - 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 36.00

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• At least two years recent experience in the field preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards of care.
• Supervise and direct nursing staff activities and coordinate care with other healthcare disciplines.
• Collect and analyze patient data to determine nursing diagnoses and care issues.
• Implement care plans, coordinate care delivery, and evaluate patient progress toward outcomes.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to provide effective care in a safe environment.
• Participate in discharge planning and provide education to patients and families.
