Pay Rate $6,000.00 - $6,200.00 gross per week Number of Positions 2 Specialty Pharmacy Start Date As soon as Credentialed Travel Onsite lodging, $600.00/ month Assignment Length 13 weeks to start w/ chance to extend EMR Allscripts Schedule 7on7off Night: (1 hour lunches) Wednesday - Tuesday M-F: 8p - 9a Weekend: 10p - 8a Day: (1 hour lunches) Wednesday - Tuesday Mon- Fri 0800 - 2100 Sat & Sun 0800 - 1900 Additional Details about the position Order Review & Verification: Analyzing new medication orders for appropriateness, potential drug interactions, side effects, and correct dosage. Rounding: Participating in daily multidisciplinary medical rounds to provide expertise on drug selection and patient-specific factors. Therapeutic Drug Monitoring (TDM): Monitoring and adjusting doses for high-risk medications, such as aminoglycosides or vancomycin. Antimicrobial Stewardship: Ensuring appropriate use of antibiotics to prevent resistance. Nutrition Support: Collaborating with teams on total parenteral nutrition (TPN). EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS 1 year minimum relative experience 2-3 years experience preferred CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS ACLS - Can obtain through onboarding process LICENSURE REQUIREMENT Any State License ABOUT THE FACILITY This facility is a 73-bed regional referral medical center in Tuba City, Arizona on the Navajo Reservation. Our service area is 6,000 square miles and covers the western region of the Navajo, Hopi, and San Juan Paiute Reservations.
