What You Get Maine‑based company where you’re known and supported Strong safety culture, we want everyone going home safe 100% employer‑paid health insurance Retirement match and profit sharing Paid time off and paid holidays Tuition reimbursement and opportunities to grow Respect on the job site and a team that works together What You’ll Be Doing Frame, build, install, and repair wood structures on commercial and residential jobs Read and work from blueprints, drawings, and plans Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately Install windows, doors, trim, flooring, framing, hardware, and fixtures Set up ladders and scaffolding when needed Check your work for level, square, and plumb Tear out and repair damaged or defective work when needed Keep the job site clean and safe Work professionally with supervisors, subcontractors, and crew members Train and mentor carpenter apprentices and help them learn the trade the right way Follow all safety rules and company procedures What We’re Looking For 5+ years of hands‑on carpentry experience Have a bias toward action and impatience toward those that lack focus and the ability to get results.
