Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of information security experience, including 5+ years in senior security leadership. Strong expertise in ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, and enterprise security governance. Experience leading compliance, risk management, and cybersecurity programs. Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft security and compliance technologies. Experience with incident response, business continuity, and disaster recovery planning. Strong understanding of data privacy, identity and access management, and vendor risk management.Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Experience supporting critical infrastructure, OT, or industrial environments. Familiarity with AI governance and emerging cybersecurity technologies. Experience with security audits, penetration testing, and vulnerability management. Knowledge of cloud security and zero-trust architectures. Advanced degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or Business. Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CRISC.
