Compensation: $60K–$180K base salary against commission, set from your production volume history. Your commissions are paid against your salary, so you have a steady paycheck while you ramp and uncapped upside as you close. Sign-on bonus available.

PRMI is hiring experienced Mortgage Loan Officers. We want originators who want to close more loans, keep their referral partners happy, and get paid well for it.

You're a fit if you

• Are a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) with 1+ years of retail origination.
