Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) – Mandarin-Speaking Location: Flushing, New York Position Type: Part-Time or Full-Time Our outpatient facility in Brooklyn, NY, is seeking compassionate, dedicated Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) fluent in Mandarin to provide high-quality, patient-centered care on a full- or part-time basis. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive primary care services to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. Manage acute illnesses, chronic conditions, and routine checkups. Provide telemedicine consultations from the office setting. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure exceptional patient care. Educate patients on wellness, nutrition, and preventive health strategies. Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans under a supervising physician. Perform and interpret diagnostic tests, including labs and imaging. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Qualifications Active Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification or Physician Assistant (PA) licensure with eligibility in New York State. Fluency in Mandarin is required. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in primary care, family practice, or a related setting (preferred). Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively. Commitment to providing culturally competent care to a diverse patient population. Work Schedule Part-Time or Full-Time: Flexible scheduling options, including 1-2 days per week or a consistent 3-5 days per week. Occasional travel to a future Brooklyn office may be required. Compensation & Benefits 140k -175k Paid malpractice coverage. Opportunities for Continuing Medical Education (CME) support.
