Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and individualized treatment plans
• Deliver engaging, child-led therapy sessions
• Address fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and developmental milestones
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current Arkansas state licensure (or eligibility) as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience in pediatric therapy preferred (new graduates encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for working with children and families
