Field Specialist II
Kwfc Radio Station
Responsibilities Serve as the Field Representative for countries assigned by Office Manager. Process new child sponsorships and follow-up with sponsors, working with promoters and field offices. Update "Name and Address" with address changes received from sponsors. Process sponsored children withdrawals and graduations from program and reassignments. Forward correspondence from child-to-sponsor (in the United States) or sponsor-to-child (on the field). Respond to sponsor's requests for correspondence and or photo of their child as well as questions about status of their account. Qualifications High School Diploma. Minimum one year administrative experience. PC Skills (Microsoft Office). Good oral and written communication skills. Customer Service. General Office Skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr Kwfc Radio Station
