Our high retention rate shows that team members enjoy working at Chick-fil-A.Job Responsibilities:Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standardsBe knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prepStock kitchen inventory as neededKeep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all timesKeep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-AWork safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to LeadershipMaintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changesComplete all opening or closing tasks as assignedAdhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all timesOther duties as assignedQualifications and Requirements:Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire dateMust be eligible to work in the United StatesMust have a source of reliable transportationAbility to handle all equipment; pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and lowReading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills requiredWorks in hot, noisy and fast paced environmentWorks well independently and in a team environmentHave the ability to lift and carry 40 lbs on a regular basisMust be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficientlyMust be available to work most SaturdaysComplete all tasks as assigned and be willing to help othersPrioritize food safety, cleanliness, and qualityCheerful and positive attitudeMost Chick-fil-A® Restaurants are operated by independent franchised business owners who make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their own content and policies.Work Schedule:Weekend availabilityMonday to FridayOn call
