Requirements Responsibilities
- Provide full-scope obstetric and gynecologic care, including prenatal, delivery, postpartum, and gynecologic services
- Perform gynecologic surgeries and procedures consistent with training and experience
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of women's health conditions
- Collaborate with MFM specialists, OB Hospitalists, midwives, and subspecialty providers to deliver coordinated patient care
- Participate in shared call coverage
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Support quality improvement, patient safety, and evidence-based clinical initiatives
- Build lasting patient relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the practice
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency program
- Eligible for Arizona medical licensure
- DEA license or ability to obtain
- Strong commitment to patient-centered, team-based care
- Experience in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery (MIGS)
- Experience working within collaborative care models
- Interest in leadership, quality improvement, or practice growth initiatives
- Physician-owned and female-led organization
- Compensation ranging from $400,000-$600,000 annually
- Sign-on/retention bonus up to $100,000
