Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Skilled nursing facility experience required. Assignment Details Must be able to hit the ground running. May be expected to float between locations in Sharon and Stafford, CT.
