Location: Santa Ana, CA Pay: $20.00/hour Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM

We are seeking a reliable Fleet Parts Clerk to support our maintenance team by managing parts inventory, processing purchase orders, and maintaining accurate fleet records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain parts inventory and stock levels
• Receive, tag, stock, and issue parts to mechanics
• Enter fleet and inventory data into the fleet management system
• Process purchase orders and coordinate with vendors
• Review invoices and assist with inventory reconciliation
• Prepare reports and support the Fleet Manager with data analysis
• Follow all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Previous inventory, warehouse, or parts department experience preferred
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Experience in a fleet, automotive, or maintenance environment is a plus
