As a Security Officer - Patrol Driver in Soda Springs, ID , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a healthcare location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. This driving post requires a valid driver's license and offers the chance to deliver outstanding customer service and communication while working with a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity.

Pay Rate: $17.82 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access, support visitor direction, and report maintenance and/or environmental issues observed during rounds.
• Assist with de-escalation support, follow post orders, and complete routine reports related to daily activity, incidents, and/or policy-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
