Financial Analyst

Our client, a leading financial services firm, is looking to hire a Finance Associate / Analyst in Ohio . Pay Rate Range: $22–$24/hr, depending on experience Important: This position requires employees to work onsite every day for the first 90 days . Responsibilities: Provide professional support to internal clients and business partners by responding to questions and requests. Build and maintain strong relationships through excellent customer service and communication. Handle incoming inquiries related to financial accounts, products, and processes. Research questions and resolve issues using internal systems, resources, and established procedures. Process requests accurately and follow established policies and procedures. Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for additional research or support. Manage multiple priorities while meeting team and department service goals. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely follow-up on requests. Quickly learn new systems, processes, and financial concepts and apply knowledge effectively. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field . Approximately 1 year of relevant experience; internship experience can count toward this requirement. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong interest in financial services and willingness to learn. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Ability to establish and maintain positive professional relationships. Comfortable learning and working with multiple systems and resources. Financial services, banking, or financial products experience is preferred but not required. Securities licensing, such as Series 7, is preferred but not required. Ability to work onsite every day for the first 90 days is required.
