Lead Technician - Topeka

Summary/ObjectiveThe lead field technician is responsible for managing the day-to-day jobsite performance of field technicians. This person will have to install/service systems independently while checking in on active larger projects. New construction sites, schools, offices and factory environments. This position also operates in various weather environments outdoors and indoors. The physical demands are driven by the needs of our employees and customers. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear.
