As a Production Worker , you will:

• ·  Operate a tugger to move rubber sheets safely through the production process.
• ·  Inspect rubber sheets for quality defects and compliance with specifications.
• ·  Use cutting equipment to trim rubber sheets into required sizes.
• ·  Feed and guide material into rerolling machines for proper winding onto cardboard cores.
• ·  Operate machine control panels to monitor and adjust production.
• ·  Wrap finished rolls with plastic, secured with zip ties, and prepared for shipment.
• ·  Replenish  production materials, including plastic wrap, to maintain continuous operation.
• ·  Follow safety procedures while performing repetitive lifting, pulling, pushing, and material handling tasks.

 

This is a Full time/Temp to Hire opportunity

 

The ideal candidate will have:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure, work instructions and finished product specifications
• General math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and percentages)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards
• Willingness to work as part of a team in a production environment
• Beginner to intermediate computer skills
• Written and verbal communication
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment

 

Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
