Branch Office Administrator

Role Summary As a Branch Office Administrator (BOA), you will provide seamless administrative support to financial advisors and their teams, ensuring a positive client experience and optimal operational efficiency. Support Provided Comprehensive 6‑month training with a mentoring peer. A wide support network spanning your branch, region, and home office. Opportunities to work independently while having access to a large network of colleagues. Responsibilities Client Service: Provide exceptional service via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions; resolve inquiries, maintain relationships. Account Management: Learn and understand the financial services industry; handle account openings, transfers, and related requests; process transactions and maintain accurate records. Administrative & Operational Support: Work independently to schedule appointments, prepare meeting materials, manage correspondence, support marketing initiatives, and execute branch business plans. Technology: Demonstrate strong computer literacy and a willingness to learn new tools such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
