Role Description The Sales and Marketing Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Newark, NJ. This position involves engaging with homeowners and businesses to present and sell renewable energy products, explain benefits, and guide customers through the enrollment process. The representative will conduct in-person consultations, participate in local marketing campaigns, and support outreach initiatives to generate leads and close sales. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, meeting individual and team sales goals, and collaborating with colleagues to refine sales and marketing strategies. The role also involves ongoing training to stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and compliance requirements. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and clearly explain renewable energy solutions. Candidates should possess proven Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to drive customer acquisition and meet revenue targets. Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to learn quickly and apply feedback to improve performance. Additional beneficial qualifications include goal-oriented mindset, comfort with face-to-face outreach, basic understanding of renewable energy or willingness to learn, and proficiency with common productivity tools.
