Location: Lenexa, KS
Pay Rate: $23.10 - $24.75 per hour (based on experience)
Employment Type: Contingent with potential pathway for hire
Schedule: Flexible schedule based on business needs; will cover Patient Service Centers and In-Office Phlebotomy locations throughout the area

As a Phlebotomist III Floater, you provide critical support across multiple locations, ensuring patients receive high-quality care and accurate diagnostic services. What You'll Do
Collect blood specimens using venipuncture, capillary, and other approved collection methods
Prepare, label, process, and transport specimens in accordance with established procedures
Verify patient demographic information and ensure accurate specimen identification
Obtain patient signatures and confirm proper tube labeling following specimen collection
Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties
Maintain accurate records and documentation while adhering to confidentiality standards
Deliver outstanding customer service and foster a positive patient experience
Travel between Patient Service Center and In-Office Phlebotomy locations as needed
Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
What We're Looking For
A current, up-to-date resume
High school diploma or equivalent required
Three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
Minimum two years of Patient Service Center experience preferred
Strong venipuncture, specimen handling, and processing skills
Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
Phlebotomy certification preferred
Customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred
Keyboard and data entry proficiency
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record if applicable
Flexibility to travel between multiple locations with minimal notice
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
Ability to meet compliance requirements
Must be eligible and provide proof of eligibility to work in the US
