This is a hybrid remote role. Why join us? 401(k) Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Responsibilities Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend or prosecute in civil litigation. Conduct legal research and gather evidence to formulate defense or initiate legal actions. Manage all aspects of personal injury cases from inception to conclusion. Collaborate with support staff to ensure seamless case management and client communication. Assist with trial preparation including witness preparation, trial exhibits, and strategies. Draft and negotiate settlements with opposing counsel. Conduct and defend depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and hearings. Provide top‑notch customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are kept informed of their case status. Maintain case files, ensuring all relevant information and documentation are included. Draft various legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, appeals, agreements, contracts, and legal memoranda. Qualifications Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. Must be licensed to practice law in the state. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney. Proven experience in plaintiff representation, conducting hearings, and managing case files. Strong legal research and writing skills. Excellent customer support skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people. Experience in guiding and managing support staff. Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work in a hybrid work environment. Must be detail‑oriented and able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
