The Opportunity We are seeking a polished, guest-focused Assistant Manager to lead our front-of-house team. This is a working leadership role — you'll be regularly scheduled on the front desk performing Spa Coordinator duties, so you should expect to be highly guest-facing every week, not solely behind the scenes. In this role, you'll coach and develop hospitality team members to confidently sell retail, maximize the appointment book, and consistently upsell and book advanced services — all while ensuring our guest journey standards are followed on every guest, every visit.
