Facilities Operations Manager General Manager II

Sodexo is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager to support our facilities maintenance team at Asbury Bethany Village located in Mechanicsburg PA. The Facilities Operations Manager will oversee maintenance grounds housekeeping & renovation projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical background in mechanical electrical plumbing HVAC structural fire protection and safety systems. A strong financial acumen is needed. Prior experience in a healthcare environment is desired.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

• Lead multi-site operations with the autonomy to shape service excellence and team culture
• Collaborate directly with clients to build partnerships that drive satisfaction and retention
• Manage mentor and grow a diverse team of managers and frontline employees
• Play a key role in achieving and exceeding financial goals through effective planning and execution
• Work across multiple service areas bringing creativity and innovation to everyday challenges
• Gain exposure to strategic planning resource management and leadership development

Qualifications :

What youll bring 

• Experience leading food service or multi-service operations with a strong grasp of both front-line execution and strategic oversight
• Skillset to build and sustain high-performing teams foster a positive workplace culture and support employee retention
• Financial acumen including budgeting forecasting and driving operational efficiencies that contribute to performance goals
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills with a focus on service excellence and solution-oriented thinking
• A hands-on leadership style with a passion for delivering results solving challenges and driving continuous improvement across diverse service lines

Requirements

• Education Requirement: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• Management Experience: 5 years
• Related Experience: 5 years
